Use your Digicel ID if your number is already registered by clicking here.
Step 1. If you receive the prompt that your number is already registered, click on the 'Recover Your Password' link at the bottom of the page in the red box.
Step 2. On the 'forgot password' screen, click 'Request Reset'.
Step 3. You will be taken to the 'Forgot Password Code Verification' screen. Here, enter the 4 digit verification code that will be sent to you via text.
Step 4. After entering the verification code, you will be taken to the 'Change Password' screen. Here, enter a new password of your choice, and then re-enter the new password to confirm.
Step 5. Close the app fully. Reopen the app; once you're on Digicel's network, click 'Connect with your Digicel ID' to log in automatically.
