Here's how you can check what plan is active on your account:
Step 1. If you are on Digicel's network, click 'Connect with your Digicel ID' to log in automatically.
Step 2. After you have logged into the My Digicel app, Press the Menu icon () to the left top corner and select 'My Plans' from the drop down.
Step 3. Select 'Active Plan'. From there you are able to see what plan you have active and when the plan expires.
You also have the ability to manage your account from here. You are now able to opt out of, auto renew, and finally, the ability to upgrade the plan giving you more data.
